Sometimes, it seems that gyms really don’t go out of their way to roll out the red carpet for the non-athletes.

In February Blink Fitness commissioned a survey conducted by Harris Poll that found that 71 percent of Americans don’t relate to fitness ads or magazines because they have different body types.  How. Surprising.

So this week, Blink inspired by the less-inspired launched a campaign that reminds everyone that fitness isn’t reserved for the slim. The campaign “Every Body Happy” is a peppy video that shows people of all shades and shapes dancing around and loving their bodies.

Although this is the first for the fitness brand, Blink has been embracing the fact that all types of people work out. The gym even credits its self as being “The gym where feeling good is the new looking good.”

It’s a refreshing note to the world that anyone can work out, despite people labeling curvy people as unhealthy.
