And I ​also ​show you how to kick things up a level​ by​ wrap​ping​ a stretchy exercise band around your ankles to create resistance. This advanced step will make your muscles work even harder​, and you can do it until you’re dripping with sweat.​ Ahead, I also show you another awesome warm-up move: lunge jumps, and I teach you how to nail the technique safely.​ ​To the video!
