Women have a lot of trials and tribulations when it comes to their appearance, but excess hair is quite often a universal no-no for ladies. Harnaam Kaur and her beard are not only winning titles, but hearts across the globe.

Harnaam suffers from PCOS, which can cause an excessive amount of hair growth on women. She had been bullied for years, but made a decision that she was no longer going to allow other people to define her or her sense of what is beautiful.

I found my perfect RED! 👄👄👄

With bone structure and confidence for days, Harnaam has become an activist for other women who look like her, and women around the globe. She allows her beard to grow, and is currently the youngest full-bearded woman with her facial hair reaching up to 6 inches in some spots.

Consider us fans, Harnaam. Not only of your views on society and yourself, but for showing the world that beauty can exist in so, so many different forms.

My Anti Bullying back to school advice for every child, teen and or adult heading back into school and university. ‘Do not suffer in silence, speak up and out about the bullying that you are facing. Never allow the Bullies to make you feel ashamed about who you are or what you look like. Always tell a teacher, your parents or your friend if you feel threatened by someone or of you feel you are being bullied. Surround yourself with amazing supportive people who will uplift you at the most hardest of times. Never be ashamed of who you are, the love that you have for yourself, no one can take that away from you. Forever remember the value that you have inside you, embrace the gems that you hold within your heart; never forget the power and strength you hold; it will help you over ever hurdle and you will be liberated. Enjoy your studies and school days.’ Check out www.antibullyingpro.com/back2school2016 #harnaamkaur #antibullyingactivist #antibullyingpro #backtoschool #backtoschool2016
