You know when you’re shopping and there’s not nearly enough labels catering to you with dope onesies, you shouldn’t have to but you COULD always just adopt a bootstraps mentality and go DIY.
That’s what Elena Hartmanis Sher did with her new children’s clothing line in larger sizes. It’s called Sunflower Girlz, and you know it’s cool because it has that z on the end. This incredible mother-daughter relationship birthed a collection because her daughter is apparently resistant to insulin and so needs larger sizes, according to her site and the Palm Beach Post. Everything is in a stretchy pima cotton so that moms don’t have to hem clothes for the littles.
We’d never do anything as silly as waxing poetic on the actual steez of children’s clothes, but this is a nice development as opposed to the recent news that the people were actually telling young children which swimsuits to wear if they’re “curvy on top.”
