Curvy Style With Timothy Snell is premiering this Saturday on Centric TV, BET Network’s station. Obviously, if you aren’t a person of color, you probably haven’t been tuning in to BET stations every weekend, but this show is something you won’t want to miss.
There’s always been the What Not To Wear on TLC and Style Network’s How Do I Look, but until now, curvy women have never had a show fully dedicated to them. And while those shows featured a curvy woman every now and then, Timothy has been doing this his entire career and lives and breathes dressing women’s curves. Not only is he one of Hollywood’s top stylists, but he always aims to give women a sexy, less grandma caftan-y steez and feel their best no matter their size.
The half-hour series will feature some of his clients like Queen Latifah, Jazmine Sullivan, Chrisette Michele, Amber Riley and also non-famous women. Every episode, Timothy will be working with a client and an everyday woman to reveal some of the industry’s best kept secrets and tricks he uses when dressing for the red carpet. And he’ll also be dressing everyday women like a newly divorced woman trying to get her groove back, and other cool stuff.
Cool to see someone on national television accentuating and uplifting curvy women instead of trying to hide and cover up what is usually considered ‘flaws.’
