I’m so excited to share this video of my recipe for these anti-oxidant PACKED raw vegan cookies that are full of nutritious ingredients like dates and cashew nuts. They’re gluten-free, wheat-free, and dairy-free, and these cookies are amazing. They’re ridiculously easy to make, so I hope you enjoy!

Ingredients:
1 cup raw cashews
1 cup almond flour
5 or 6 pitted dates
a few drops vanilla essence
1 pinch of Himalayan salt
1/4 cup cacao nibs
Recipe:
1. Just put everything in the blender and blend on high for around 5-8 minutes.
2. Spoon it all into a bowl and then pour in the cacao nibs and then mix them.
3. Shape your “dough” into cookie patties and freeze them for twenty minutes. No oven required.
