Women in News Are Stepping Up Their Fashion Game

Women in media now more than ever are stepping up their fashion game. What they wear on TV says tremendous amounts, from sex appeal to seriousness. Colors can determine mood and subliminally affect their viewing audience. Prints express their personality and perhaps their personal views in ways.  We picked our top 8 news anchors who have inspired us to take our style up a notch.

Abby Huntsman always gets it right wearing more solid colors than prints. Here in a 3/4 length sleeve white a-line dress with blue suede heels. A bit conservative but with a little personality.

Even before giving birth, as a mom to be Alicia Menendez looked chic. Her fitted body con dress shows off a cute bump with style.

Betty Liu from Bloomberg TV knows how to work a color block dress. Her petite frame is ideal for a look like this.

We have to stop and talk a minute about how amazing Harris Faulkner looks in this lace deep purple pants jump suit. Not many can pull off this look so exceptionally well.

The cold shoulder is major in fashion right now. We have seen it on all the cool fashion influencers. Spotting it on Jedediah Bila shows she know a thing or two about style, the black high neck with a ruffle sleeve is just lovely.

Jenna Lee is looking super sleek on-air in a more classic outfit but definitely a more updated, black pants and white blazer look. The shoes are the ideal finishing touch.

Robin Meade knows how to work the accessories. A statement Hermes black leather and gold bracelet is practically a must have and looks exceptional with a bright bold dress.

Megyn Kelly shows how to make a LBD ( Little Black Dress) work day or night. The sheer sleeve detail is just a little extra and all you need.

Next time you are flipping through the news, you will now have a different reason to tune in. These ladies will certainly give you some fashion inspo for those days you wonder what to wear to work.
