The one thing I’ve realized in analyzing all of the fast fashion retailers we love, is that they are really horrible for the environment! Making clothes at such a fast pace, and with the cheapest materials isn’t exactly the best formula for making clothing that doesn’t harm our environment. Next to oil, fashion is the most pollutant industry in the world, and while it’s something I care about I would hate to think that it’s also destroying our surroundings. So when I heard that Zara was finally getting into eco-friendly clothing I was so excited!

According to Glossy, the pieces will be made from materials like Tencel, recycled wool and organic cotton with separates that work together and mix in with things you already have in your closet. No word on if they will be extending sizing on this collaboration, but here’s hoping since H&M has so quietly removed curve sizing from stores here in New York.
