Now that the seasons are changing, stores are starting to put in merchandise for fall and winter. And while I always suggest that you wait to get things that you really want, it’s a good idea to get a head start on buying fall essentials since the good stuff usually goes first.
JustFab’s new fall collection is one of the first stops I’m making on my fall shopping list because it’s affordable and practical to wear. There’s literally nothing on there website that I wouldn’t wear on a typical day, which is what I’m trying to transition my closet into instead of a lot of special pieces that only work for when I’m in a particular mood or going somewhere specific. You do have to become a member of JustFab, but if you like to shop, it’s worth it to join and pay less for clothing instead of paying more at individual store. There’s tons of pieces to mix and match, and you have to admit, it’s fun to layer scarves and vests in that in-between weather when it’s not severely cold and you don’t have to wear a jacket and just wear layers for the fun of it! I love that this blouse can be sophisticated, or a bit sexy when you don’t button it up all the way. Paired with jeans and a nice maroon heel, it’s a modern look for fall.
A light jacket like this one is essential to your fall wardrobe. Even on those days when it seems like it’s going to be a little hot, you’ll still be cold by evening and wishing you had something as easy as this to throw on.
You probably already have a denim dress from summer, so to make it work from fall I love the idea of knee high boots and an army green duster to make it less summer-y and more like you’re going on a date in the park when the leaves are changing colors.
You can’t go wrong with a tight-knit dress like this. You can wear a turtleneck bodysuit underneath, add tights, and any kind of boots and it would still be a knockout.
No grandma sweaters here! I love this sexy slit sweater that shows off the curve of your jeans, and has that bit of extra detail so it’s not like every other boring sweater you already have.
