One of our favorite IGers put up a post that every one of us needs to read. There’s a diet that you should be on, and it’s totally organic.

Seriously, having some feels this morning. What sort of people do you follow on your media accounts? Are the bodies sustainable of attainable? Do they make you feel good or bad about yourself? Do they leave you enriched emotionally and mentally with their posts, do they have a message of something that is helpful or harmful? Is their message for the short term or long term? Are they realistic? Practical? How do they help better themselves and the world around them? Might time for you to start a diet. A #MEDIADIET. And yeah, when you start looking at WHOLE BODIES, unprocessed human beings it feels odd because all you’re used to mentally is junk. Right?! #letschangethisplssss #selflove #tgim

How perfect is that? And more importantly, are you doing it?

Are you making sure to follow women that make you feel empowered, not powerless? How many people do you follow that eat french fries and fruit? The ones that make sure to show you a reality, not an altered one, are the ladies that need to be filling your feed.

Stop consuming women who make you feel less than, and start consuming photographs of the ones who make you feel more than enough. The ones who gym and tonic and much as they gin and tonic. Or the ones who just do the latter.

There is nothing wrong with you. You are allowed to change. That change is not better or worse, it is just simply change. What on this earth stays static? Why should you be expected to be.

There’s a period there because it’s a statement, not a question.

What you should change is your surroundings. Are you surrounded by images, people, and things that make you feel good?

You know how vegans say they feel so much better going raw – follow suit with the bodies that surround you.

Organic has never been, or felt, so good.
