Noa Zilberman is a Jerusalem-based designer. The Wrinkles Project is her way of turning something we would normaly consider ugly into something beautiful.

Zilberman makes jewelry based on the natural wrinkles we get on our bodies.

From forehead, eyes, neck and chest wrinkles, the artist shows natural aging in a different perspective.

Deep lines that people normally try to eradicate or prevent in the first place are shown as something sparkly and strong. At the same time, her pieces look feminine and delicate.

The way she gets her pieces to just sit on her wrinkles is mesmerizing to watch.

Wrinkle prevention can start at such a young age now, but how much are we really preventing from happening? Wrinkles are just another part of life that show our age. Age isn’t a bad thing. It shows wisdom and is proof that you’ve lived.
