Sure, we have those, “It’s so cute, I could eat it” moments, but I don’t think that was the case with this toddler.
Lauren Rincon took to Twitter to announce that her niece ate her Too Faced Chocolate Bar eye shadow palette.
The child didn’t eat the packaging, but a few of the shadows.

Upon looking at the shocking photos, you first wonder if her niece is OK. Rincon tweeted that her niece is fine and that she reached out to Too Faced already.
@llaurenbbby YES MY NIECE IS OK MOST OF IT WAS JUST SMEARED ON HER FACE/ CLOTHES.

It’s nice to be able to use makeup that doesn’t smell horrible, so yes, a chocolate-scented eye shadow palette sounds luxurious. However, make sure little ones and even pets don’t get into it!
Rincon was able to salvage what she could of the palette:
update: after a million q-tips & napkins later I was able to save my baby, except for a few colors :/ pic.twitter.com/SycP8qGlbN

It’s sad to see makeup when it’s dropped or broken or ruined somehow, but we’re glad Rincon’s niece is healthy and safe.
Rincon did the right thing by sharing this incident on social media, contacting the brand as well as poison control.
Also contacted poison control for further assurance and they said shes fine even if she ate a large amount she would only maybe get diarrhea
