Protein World Is At It Again With Another Beach Body Ad That Excludes Curvy Women

It’s a new year and apparently everyone’s least favorite online health store Protein World is here to cash in on that.

In case “Protein World” isn’t causing sirens to go off in your head, they were the same company that thought it was a good idea to terrorize people with blinding yellow advertisements asking if their bodies were ready to hit the sands of somewhere nice and warm last spring. Luckily, we had blogger megababe GabiFresh and resident hottie Ashley Graham to shut down the Exclusive Beach Body movement and show that all bodies in bikinis can make a cabana boy stare.

But that was then, and this is now. And it looks like Protein World didn’t learn a thing about size diversity last year, or maybe they just don’t care. To help people get in the spirit for New Year’s resolutions, they’ve created an uplifting little ad filled with thin babes getting their beach workout on in skimpy athleisure and bikinis. There’s even a close up of a butt in a yellow thong bikini for your viewing pleasure. Because in case you didn’t get the obvious memo about what Protein World thinks an ideal beach bod looks like, these women are here to help you get a clue on how to be your best self this year.

The sporty babes look good, obviously, but we’re not here for this company drilling last year’s message in our heads and excluding other body types from wearing those yellow wayfarers. Try again next year, Protein World?
