You might have heard about the really friendly person in London who, inspired by the season of giving, is reportedly handing out disgusting body shaming cards and making women cry as part of the “Overweight Haters Ltd.” group. ICYMI and need further proof that the world can be a horrible place, here’s the card.

Reasonably horrified by the spawn of the devil who created these cards, superhero clothing retailer Navabi decided to swoop in and hand out some cards of their own to the folks of London. Though clearly a prime business opportunity to get their name out into the world, the company’s cards are simple and the jolt of self-love everyone could use once in a blue moon.  Their cards are more of the cheerful, listening to Mariah Carey and eating gingerbread cookies by the fireplace variety.

When we heard about some terrible fat-shaming on the London Underground we decided to take matters into our own hands and give these mood-boosting cards out to people around London! @archedeyebrow hit the wet streets of Soho to brighten up some people’s days. See our Twitter timeline for the design if you want to print your own!

And in case you aren’t handed a business card with an inspirational message on it today, here’s our little gift to you in the form of a Beyoncé GIF because, really, what’s more inspirational than that? Happy holidays.
